Without any special training but only some instructions by the professor, Mr. Zhang Jun started the cutting.
Four large size cast steel rising heads were cut. The bottom diameters of these rising heads were 488mm, 485 mm, 500mm and 492mm respectively. The part was placed in a 45o angle as usual.

We have been using 36 units of oPetrol oxy-gasoline cutting systems since May 1999. We did a measurement on the gasoline consumption of the torches. Within 7 months it took us 2.6 tons gasoline (valued about 900 USD), which was 15% of our former cost on acetylene for the same work.. We saved fuel cost by 85%.
There has not been a single time back-flash during our long time heavy duty. It is very safe to use. Our operators are very fond of the new tool.
It is especially handy for operations at remote or high sites.
